The event offered the speakers the possibility to relate their experience in innovation and, at the same time, to resolve concerns raised by the audience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/venturamedicaltechnologies.com\/es\/\">Ventura Medical Technologies<\/a> did not want to miss the opportunity to introduce improvements with the <strong>Pectus<\/strong> <strong>Up<\/strong>, the implant for the treatment of <strong>Pectus<\/strong> <strong>Excavatum<\/strong>, which is being marketed since 2015. The company benefited from the collaboration of the most specialized Spanish surgeons in this new technique, coming from Barcelona, Madrid and Valladolid, who took advantage of the occasion offered by the event to explain their experience with the product and the undergone improvements since the completion of the clinical trial, as well as the value of their views, which is crucial for the development of those improvements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The presentation of <strong>Pectus<\/strong> <strong>Up<\/strong> had the invaluable support of Dr. Laureano Molins, head of the Thoracic Surgery Service at the Hospital Cl\u00ednic of Barcelona and organizer of the event, together with Dr. Andr\u00e9s Varela, Head of the Thoracic Surgery Service at the Hospital Puerta de Hierro Majadahonda of Madrid, Dr. Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Matilla, expert in the surgical treatment of chest wall deformities in the community of Castilla y Le\u00f3n, <a href=\"https:\/\/pectusup.com\/profesionales\/dr-manuel-lopez\/\">Dr. Manuel L\u00f3pez-Paredes<\/a>, head of the Pediatric Surgery Service at the Hospital Vall d&#8217;Hebron of Barcelona, ??and the engineer Llu\u00eds Cassou, innovation manager of <strong>Ventura Medical Technologies<\/strong>. All of them, with their presentations, aroused the interest of a large number of surgeons.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Through his experience in the treatment of the <strong>Pectus<\/strong> <strong>Excavatum<\/strong> with different surgical techniques, including the <strong>Pectus<\/strong> <strong>Up<\/strong>, they were able to demonstrate the competitive advantages of the <strong>Pectus<\/strong> <strong>Up<\/strong> in comparison with other methods, because of its simplicity and replicability, and the improvements involving both the patients and the surgeons themselves.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">The event was a great success and a large number of attendees, including several surgeons from different countries interested in the technique, which led to a fruitful discussion between speakers and attendees that allowed expanding the knowledge on the <strong>Pectus<\/strong> <strong>Up<\/strong> on the international
