Pectus Up consists of a surgical implant and a set of tools to be used through a new extra-thoracic method to repair Pectus Excavatum called Taulinoplastia. This surgical procedure is minimally invasive and reduces pain and recovery time, as well as any possible complication. Pectus Up has been developed by our company, Ventura Medical Technologies.
Pectus Up will be presented at the Third International Joint Meeting on Thoracic Surgery, which will take place in Barcelona from 18 to 20 November 2015.
The Organizing Committee is composed of the world- renowned Dr. Laureano Molins, Dr. Ramón Rami-Porta, Dr. José Belda-Sanchis, and Dr. Juan J. Rivas de Andrés. The attendance estimated is 450 worldwide specialists, including pediatric and thoracic surgeons.
This year’s Meeting will welcome the 23rd Congress of the Ibero-American Association for Thoracic Surgery (AIACT).
The Pectus Up presentation will be held on 18 November at 2.20 pm. Furthermore, a lunch seminar will take place on the same day from 1 pm to 1:55 pm.
